The cook-top measures approximately 14" wide and 30" across from corner to corner. It is manufactured from 7-gauge stainless steel, which makes it stronger than other cook-tops at high temperatures. The cook-top weighs approximately 10 lbs., and comes with seasoning and care instructions.
Works with both wood and charcoal, however it is recommended to primarily use charcoal with this application.
