New in Box OrthoPulse Orthodontic Treatment Accelerator for Use with Traditional Braces or Clear Aligners. Each is complete with The OrthoPulse, Charger/Case, Cable, and Instruction Manual. As shown in one of the pictures, you can see a sticker on the side of the box which informs you that in order to use the OrthoPulse, you need to download the App. and in order to download the App your Doctor needs to activate it for you. I'm not quite sure why you need an app, seems like it can be charged and used without an app, but what do I know? (I have been informed by 2 people that these can be used without the app, the app informs your dentist that you are using the Orthopulse, and for how long and how often.  The Orthopulse charges fine, and works with or without the App....No Difference whether or not the app is activated.  I suggest any interested persons check this out on line, and decide for yourself.)   No Returns, These are all New and I don't want any misunderstandings.   Shipping is by Priority Mail.  I have a  couple of these available, if anyone purchases both, I'll send them both together with Signature Confirmation.

OrthoPulse produces low levels of safe light and warmth. It is made of medical grade silicone and other biocompatible materials, and it is flexible like a soft sports mouthguard to fit a wide range of patients.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
OrthoPulse uses advanced technology called photobiomodulation (which is based on Low Level Light Therapy, known as LLLT) to stimulate the bone surrounding the roots of teeth and facilitate tooth movement. Photobiomodulation has been researched in medicine for more than 50 years and there are thousands of peer-reviewed, published scientific articles, and many approved medical devices with this technology.
OrthoPulse uses 850 nm near-infrared (NIR) light, which is similar to heat lamps, to gently deliver energy directly to the bone and tissue around the roots of the teeth. Similar to plants and photosynthesis, the tissue can absorb this light energy and convert it to chemical energy, which stimulates the cells for faster bone and soft tissue regeneration and faster tooth movement.
