Kerberos’ Radio in a Box (RIAB), Portable Television Studios, and Cellular/Internet Café Solutions, utilized singularly or in conjunction with each other, combine highly effective, inexpensive, proven
state of the art technology with proven programs to counter violent extremism
(CVE). A typical portable RIAB station will significantly strengthen the listeners’ “resistant quotient” to extremist propaganda.
