HOW TO USE & TAKE CARE OF YOUR TONGUE SCRAPER
1. Place your tongue scraper in your toothbrush holder.
2. Stick out your tongue. Hold your scraper using single or both hands and slowly insert it in your mouth till the point you are comfortable.
3. Place the curve on to your tongue, pull it across tongue from back to front, and slightly scrape the whitish debris from the surface of your tongue.
4. Repeat the process 2-3 times, do not apply too much force. Be gentle and apply comfortable force.
5. Rinse your mouth & scraper, place the scraper back into your toothbrush stand and you are good to go.
