We process shipments within 1 business day after receiving cleared funds, Monday thru Friday, shipment cutoff time is 9:00am EST for our east coast facilities and 9:00am PST for our west coast facilities on those days.
We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays.
We do not ship to APO/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Our shipping is provided with FedEx / USPS shipping only.
Free shipping is only using Standard Ground / Priority. If you want faster shipping it will not be free. Please ask prior to paying so we can add new shipping cost to the invoice, otherwise it will ship out standard shipping.
Items purchased thru eBay will only be shipped to eBay/PayPal confirmed addresses within the Continental United States.
You are responsible for confirming your address information is up to date and correct with eBay/PayPal at the time of purchase.

Return shipment information (call tags, pickups, etc.) must be initiated by us and we will cover those return shipping costs. We will NOT cover shipping costs that you incur by shipping an item yourself to us.
Refunds will only be processed when we have received the returned item.
Restocking Fee Information
Unless the product we sent you is defective (as determined by Clean Earth -AERC ), or the return is a direct result of an Clean Earth -AERC error, Clean Earth -AERC may charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price paid for returned items.
