10" Limoges LDBC France Hand Painted Birds Gold Edge Wall Plate Signed

10" Limoges Hand Painted Gold Scalloped Edge Birds in a Swail Wall Plate.  It is signed but can't make it out.
Beautifully done.
I do not know the age.  There are no chips or cracks.  There is a couple of light scratches and a nick in the paint on the left bird (pictured).  Beautiful greens, aquas, peaches, browns and tans.
